The U21 HSG Annual Meeting is open exclusively to members (faculty, staff and students) of U21 HSG institutions. Members of U21 institutions that are not part of U21 HSG may be invited to attend.
Registration has closed as of 30 September 2026. If you would like to attend and have not yet registered, please email both: U21HSG@HKU.HK and event@u21hsg2026annualmeeting.hk.

We are pleased to introduce a new Poster Gallery this year, offering a platform for academics, researchers, and students to showcase their work. Poster abstract submission is open to those attending the 2026 Annual Meeting. The deadline for receiving abstract submissions has been extended to 30 October 2026. Please visit this page for details. Please note there is no funding supported for accepted Posters.

[Visa] 📄 How can I obtain an invitation letter for visa application purposes?
Answer: Participants who require an official invitation letter to support their visa application may request one by contacting the U21 HSG Secretariat Team via U21HSG@HKU.HK. Please include information required on the invitation letter, such as your full name as shown in passport, passport number, nationality and travel dates.
