U21 Health Sciences Group 2026 Annual Meeting
Open Invitation and Call for Abstracts for Poster Gallery
We are pleased to introduce a Poster Gallery to the 2026 Annual Meeting programme. The Poster Gallery (equivalent to a poster session) provides an opportunity for academics, researchers and students from U21 HSG member institutions to share their work in the health sciences.
Accepted Posters will be displayed during the breaks on 24 and 25 November. It complements the Doctoral Student Forum, which will be held on Monday 23 November 2026 that is dedicated specifically to doctoral candidates.
Call for Abstracts
We invite submissions from academics, researchers and students to share their scholarly work across all areas of health sciences / health professions education — including innovative teaching, curriculum design, research, and programme development. Abstracts may be submitted under these categories:
Research / Scholarship
Innovation
Abstracts do not need to be related to the theme of the 2026 Annual Meeting. Please note that we will only display the posters of applicants who register and attend the meeting. There is no funding offered by U21 HSG for participating in the Poster Gallery.
How to Apply
Please submit completed forms to the U21 HSG Secretariat Office at U21HSG@hku.hk by 31 July 2026:
Applicants will be notified of the result within 3 months of the submission deadline. Successful applicants will be notified of the requirements and specifications for the Poster.
