U21 HSG 2024 Annual Meeting Registration Information

Monday 26 August to Thursday 29 August - University of Amsterdam

We are looking forward to welcoming delegates to this year’s U21 Health Sciences Group Annual Meeting at the University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This meeting is for U21 HSG members only. Please register with your university email.

The theme is: Data Driven Health Care and Teaching.

Registration to attend the U21 HSG 2024 Annual Meeting is now open and closes on Thursday 1 August 2024.

There is no registration fee to attend the Annual Meeting, however, participants will need to bear their own travel cost (flights, accommodation etc.)

 Registration includes:

  • Admittance to the U21 HSG 2024 Annual meeting

  • Coffee and tea breaks

  • Lunches

  • PhD-Network meeting on Monday 26 August

  • Welcome reception on Tuesday 27 August

  • Dinner (registered delegates only) on Wednesday 28 August. Please note there are limited seats; tickets are on first come first serve basis.

  • Networking events throughout the conference

Registration acknowledgement:

Online registration acknowledgments will be sent by automatic email. A final confirmation with details will be sent 2 weeks before start of the U21 HSG Annual Meeting.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation requests should be submitted by email to the U21 Health Sciences registration office: u21@amsterdamumc.nl preferably 1 month in advance.

Invitation Letters:

If you require a visa, you need to obtain and submit an official letter of invitation from the conference organizers to help facilitate the visa process. Please note that letters of invitation are only issued to registered attendees. Follow these steps precisely to receive your letter.

  • Send an e-mail to u21@amsterdamumc.nl with the subject line: Invitation Letter – Your Name

  • Provide these details, with a corresponding number:

    1. Full Name

    2. Name of Organization, and Credentials (Job Title)

    3. Postal Address at Organization (Work)

Your invitation letter will be sent via e-mail. We are not able to provide letters via postal mail.
