The 2019 U21 Health Sciences Group Annual Meeting was hosted by the University of Glasgow on the 9-13th September 2019.

The theme of this year’s meeting was ‘Safe and Sound: Improving Healthcare Education’ and included a focus on the Scottish approaches to healthcare improvement, as well as the methodology and benefits of research in the undergraduate curriculum. Issues of safety and wellbeing for our students was also addressed.

The Doctoral Student Forum took place on Monday 9th September and focused on the theme of ‘The International Doctoral Student Experience and Transferability of Doctoral training’.
